Our love for pizza — and for each other — began long before Vitalia ever existed.
We're proud first-generation Italian-Americans. Our fathers immigrated to the United States as teenagers and each found their way into the world of pizza — a legacy that shaped us early and set the foundation for our own journey.
We first worked together as teenagers at a neighborhood pizza shop, and later all through college. What began as after-school jobs turned into a shared passion for food, craftsmanship, and the community that gathers around a great pie.
Vitalia is more than a name. It comes from the “V” in our last name and honors both sides of the family who immigrated from Italia. We travel back nearly every summer to visit family and friends — and to keep tasting, learning, and drawing inspiration from the traditions that shaped us.
From the dough we ferment to the ingredients we source and the way we cook over fire, those trips influence everything we do. We hope you can truly taste the love in every pizza.
